These projects were created by gifted teams of writers, designers, developers and directors, in close partnership with client services and account management. My role was multifaceted, blending mentor, assistant, cheerleader, taskmaster, shepherd, and therapist — whatever necessary to enable teams to create the best work of their careers, work that shatters client expectations.
